Dispatch Readiness Guides

Export receiving dates: confirm the booking at the current source

A vessel schedule alone does not confirm when a loaded export can enter the terminal. Match the current booking and receiving window before scheduling the truck.

Information verified as of: . Confirm current terminal, rail, equipment, appointment, and return requirements before dispatch.

A compiled schedule is a starting point

NWSA publishes export receiving information and notes that changes after its weekday update may not appear immediately. Confirm current instructions with the terminal and ocean carrier for the specific booking.

Build the return around loading readiness

Send the booking, terminal, receiving opening, cutoff, loading-ready date, container size/weight and equipment source. Confirm any appointment and the party responsible for updated instructions.

If cargo becomes ready before receiving opens, compare the loading and trucking plan with any separately confirmed staging requirement. Do not assume a terminal will accept an early loaded return.
