A complete request identifies where the container is, when it can move, where it must go, what equipment is required, and how the container or chassis will be returned.

Use the current booking, delivery order, rail release, or customer instructions rather than an older worksheet.
Provide the container or unit number, booking or delivery order, steamship line or rail provider, import or export status, and loaded or empty status.
Identify the terminal or rail ramp, release status, available date, LFD or export cutoff, pickup appointment, and any gate restriction.
Include container size, gross weight, chassis source, provider reference, and any reefer, genset, tri-axle, open-top, flat-rack, or 53FT Power Only Support requirement.
Call dispatch when LFD, export cutoff, pickup appointment, receiver window, or empty return is already close. Current facility access and equipment availability still need confirmation.
Dispatch hours are Monday-Friday, 5 AM-8 PM.
Quick Quote starts the review. Use Detailed Request when the complete shipment details are ready.
