How quote requests, driver inquiries and optional website analytics are handled.
Information you choose to send
Quote forms collect contact details and the shipment information you enter, such as pickup, delivery, timing, equipment and instructions. Driver inquiries collect the callback details and qualifications you choose to provide. Do not send government identification, license or TWIC images, bank details, payment-card details or other sensitive documents through these forms.
How the website uses it
SP Logistics uses inquiry information to respond, review service or recruiting fit, coordinate accepted work and maintain related business records. Requests are processed through Firebase and the email-delivery provider used by SP Logistics. Service providers process information to support those functions.
Technical records may include request time, IP address, browser information, form status and anti-spam checks. The forms use a hidden anti-spam field.
Optional website analytics
Google Analytics loads only after you choose Allow analytics. It measures page use and events such as quote-form completion and call-link clicks. The website sends source-controlled page paths and event types; it does not intentionally send contact details, messages, origin/destination entries or container numbers as analytics event parameters.
Analytics storage is off before a choice and after Essential only. A saved choice lets the website remember your preference. You can reopen Analytics settings below or in the footer and change it. Browser privacy controls or blocking software may also prevent analytics.
Records, requests and your choices
Contact info@splogisticsllc.com to ask about information relating to your inquiry, request a correction or ask for deletion. Some records may need to be retained for accepted work, accounting, disputes or other applicable business and legal requirements.
Sending an inquiry does not reserve capacity or confirm a shipment. External terminal, railroad, regulator and social-profile links have their own information practices.
