Send the basic move

Start with what you know. Dispatch will confirm lane, equipment and timing fit.

Quick requests help us start the review. If the move fits, dispatch may ask for container number, terminal/ramp, weight, LFD/cutoff, delivery address, appointment timing, chassis needs, or storage details before confirming the move and quote.

By submitting this form, you agree that SP Logistics may contact you about your quote request. Do not submit sensitive personal information through this form. Privacy information.

Quote preparation

What should be ready before this quote is submitted?

A quote submission is the operational handoff from shipment planning to dispatch review.

Dispatch checklist

  • Are the exact facility and import, export, or rail move identified?
  • Are container size, verified weight, release, timing, and receiver instructions included?

Before dispatch can price it: Submitting the form does not reserve a truck, guarantee a rate, or confirm capacity. Urgent last-free-day or cutoff issues still require direct dispatch contact.
