We confirm pickup and, for exports, terminal gate-in for the movements we handle.
Your shipment has a team that takes it personally. We arrange port and rail pickups, work with your receiving schedule and help with Tacoma staging, transloading or storage when you need it.

Our team confirms the work completed and provides the records your team needs, from pickup through delivery and equipment return.

Receive delivery confirmation and proof of delivery for your shipment records.
We confirm the empty return and provide the applicable chassis and other equipment interchange receipts (EIRs).
Start with the next shipment, a seasonal forecast or regular weekly receipts. Importers and distributors can discuss direct container trucking, while forwarders and transportation teams can arrange the carrier setup needed to tender the work.
Identify the team selecting the carrier, approving the quote, tendering the movement and paying the invoice. If a supplier or forwarder already controls the local leg, coordinate the handoff before booking another carrier.
Provide dock or yard access, receiving hours, the site contact and who unloads the chassis-mounted container. Live unload, a reviewed drop arrangement and ground placement are different requests; tell dispatch which your site needs.
For example, an import becomes available before your warehouse appointment. Tacoma pre-pull and staging may bridge that gap when release, space, equipment and onward-delivery timing fit. Share both the last free day and the first workable receiving window.
Weekly volume, arrival variability, pickup facilities, receiver schedules and equipment returns help dispatch prepare a lane proposal. Capacity and operating terms are confirmed in the proposal. A forecast can start the conversation before all container numbers are known.
Send pickup and destination, ETA or release, container type, gross weight, appointment, unloading plan, chassis source and return instructions. Include the next planning deadline and any special cargo requirements that affect equipment or receiving.
Bring your arrival dates, receiver appointments and weekly forecast. If the plan changes, we can discuss staging, storage, cargo handling or a different delivery arrangement.
Tell us where your containers are moving and how many you expect each week. We’ll talk through the receiving schedule, equipment and pricing with you.
