- Booking, steamship line, terminal or rail ramp, container size/type, ERD, cutoff, and return rules.
- Empty pickup location, loading-site address, site contact, and loading window.
- Expected cargo weight, chassis need, legal-weight concerns, and who handles loading and securement.
- Loaded pickup timing, return appointment status, and whether yard staging may be needed.
Trucking before and after customer loading
Export loading moves work best when the empty set, site loading window, chassis time, loaded pickup, and ERD/cutoff are reviewed together before the truck is committed.
